About Tatiana Fenkner

I feel very fortunate that my passion for real estate has finally become my profession. Over the past 20 years, I have gained personal experience in a number of real estate deals ranging from residential homes and condominiums to long- and short-term rentals in California, as well as exciting property development abroad. Every real estate transaction is special. Success requires a deep appreciation of the goals of each participant plus a dogged commitment to understanding every detail no matter how seemingly small. There is no better feeling than putting all the pieces together for a mutually beneficial transaction and, as is often the case, a gratifying transition. Now that my four daughters are growing up, I am excited to help others realize their real estate dreams for themselves.
