About Shanshan Lu

Shanshan Lu holds a PhD in political science focusing on the study of political economy. She has previously worked as a banker in mutual fund trading. She also has 7 years of experience in sales and management and held positions as a director while living in Canada. While working in Canada, she helped found the Canadian subsidiaries for a couple of American companies, headquartered in LA and New York. She worked extensively with the legal department and was appointed to the board of directors. While on the board, she worked closely with accounting, legal and investors’ relations. While pursuing her education, she also held positions in corporations such as Microsoft, and CNN and as a reporter at the Beijing Olympic Games.

Prior to getting her Real Estate Agent’s license, she had experience buying and selling several properties of her own while representing herself in four of those transactions.
